How mental health disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) manifest in high-ability youth has received little empirical attention. Differentiating OCD from other diagnoses like autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can be challenging. This study explored the psychoeducational profiles of high-ability youth with OCD to determine whether these profiles differed from those with high ability and ASD.
