With the mission of providing gifted education services across Missouri, Springfield Public Schools created virtual gifted programming for students in rural, under-resourced districts, and/or full-time virtual students. Explore the collaborative process between gifted experts and virtual course developers; examine the marketing process and pitfalls of attracting school districts; and discover how to provide effective gifted programming on a virtual platform.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to use the processes detailed in the presentation to develop an effective gifted curriculum on a virtual platform.
