Looking for a new way to engage and motivate your gifted learners? Step outside your classroom (literally) and learn how to use municipal, state, and national parks along with the United Nations Sustainable Development goals to create powerful STEAM learning experiences that encourage students to understand and solve challenges facing our world today.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to describe specific benefits of outdoor education for gifted learners.
  • Attendees will be able to create STEAM lessons that feature nature-based topics and outdoor learning.
