“Evaluate the Possibilities” presents an integrated curriculum model for teaching evaluative thinking to gifted learners in the upper elementary grades. The presenters discuss specific thinking skills required to thinking evaluatively. Using this practical, research-based instructional method, participants learn to explicitly teach gifted students to engage in productive struggle with ambiguous problems where several answers could be considered correct.
