Chocolate and kindness are effective, but what is the secret formula for successful coaching and collaboration in gifted education? In this session, general and gifted educators learn effective co-teaching models. We look at Jim Knight’s successful coaching strategies for educators and reflect on collaborative practices that benefit all students.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will reflect on the efficacy of current communication and collaborative coaching practices in their school setting
  • Participants will explore talent development coaching models, influenced by the work of Jim Knight, Dr. Emily Mofield, and others
