Before we were parents of LGBTQ-gifted teens/young adults, we were parents of gifted children. Before becoming parents, we were gifted education scholars. Before our PhDs, we studied the best ways to meet all children’s psychological/educational needs. Each identity helped prepare us for the next. Learn the difference between good parenting, good parenting for gifted children, and strategies for raising LGBTQ-gifted children.
