She has spent her entire teaching career, spanning nearly 30 years, in Pinellas County Schools as an Exceptional Student Education Teacher and now a Center for Gifted Studies Coordinator. She and her husband of 28 years raised three sons in St. Petersburg who all benefitted from the gifted services Pinellas County offers so she is passionate about continuing its growth, accessibility and excellence.
