Rebecca M. Johnson, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University. She earned an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from UWF and an Ed.S. in Educational Psychology, Gifted & Creative Education from UGA. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Gifted and Talented from UNT. Her research interests include parenting in the context of giftedness, social-emotional development of gifted individuals, equity in gifted education, and the intersection of giftedness and creativity. She previously served as assistant editor for the Journal of Advanced Academics and as co-chair for the NAGC Research and Evaluation Network Graduate Student Committee.
