Kristin Henry is a gifted teacher, published author and speaker who values equity, excellence and empowering those in her professional and personal life. A s a passionate, goal-oriented teacher in the diverse school district, Prince William County, VA, her lens for identifying and educating gifted students is as unique as the students she serves. Her strength and mission are looking beyond the standardized assessments, language barriers and the learning disabilities of her students. Kristin continues to focus on equitable assessments and educational plans that allow herself, staff, and community to see the gifted potential (identification) beyond the norm and learn how to best support gifted students.
