Kyra Wilcox-Conley

Kyra Wilcox-Conley is a Gifted and Talented Consultant at Heartland Area Education Agency in Johnston, Iowa. In that role, she supports school districts with their gifted and talented programming. The Gifted Self-Audit and Planner is a primary support for districts in her role.

Kyra is a career educator, having spent time as an art teacher, a talented and gifted teacher/coordinator and a district administrator prior to joining Heartland AEA. She is a board member for the Iowa Talented and Gifted Association, and holds a B.A. in art education, an M.A. in art and design, and an M.E. in educational leadership.
