Maryann R. Hebda is a doctoral student in Educational Psychology, specializing in Gifted and Talented Education, at Baylor University. Prior to relocating to Texas, Hebda taught for 13 years in Special and Gifted Education settings while presenting local and regional workshops for other educators. She received her MS in Special Education-Gifted emphasis from Emporia State University and BS in Elementary and Special Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
