I'm an Instructional Staff Developer for PInellas County Schools Gifted Department. Through this roll I am able to mentor new-to-gifted elementary teachers, create curriculum for elementary gifted students, design professional development for our gifted educators, and finally design and facilitate professional development for our entire county. Our gifted department aims to extend and enrich students' learning by educating all teachers on pedagogy that will raise the level of critical and creative thinking in all content areas.
