Megan Vermillion is an Education Program Specialist for Gifted Services in the Office for Exceptional Children at the Ohio Department of Education. She joined the Department in 2021 after five years in the classroom- three years as a gifted intervention specialist and two years as a general education teacher. Prior to working as an educator, Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Intervention Education from Capital University, as well as her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Gifted Education from Cleveland State University.
