Ersie Gentzis

Ersie-Anastasia Gentzis is a fourth-year student in the School Psychology doctoral program at Michigan State University. She is a part of Dr. Dante Dixson's research team in the Hope Lab at MSU (thehopelab.org). Her work centers on understanding students' development of academic motivation and psychosocial perceptions in order to design interventions and adapt motivation theories to benefit diverse students equitably.
