I am Montserrat Lobo, an experienced education professional with 18+ years of expertise. Currently serving as Vice-Principal at Colegio Santa Elena and Educative Innovation Coordinator at Aikumby, a center for giftedness and creativity. I co-created the renowned Advanced Learning Program, employing Inquiry-based learning methods. Known for improving student outcomes and fostering creativity, I actively engage in educational research and stay updated on emerging trends. I am dedicated to continuous professional growth and am an active member of professional organizations. My goal and objective are to shape the future of education by leveraging my passion and implementing innovative practices that have a lasting impact on learners' lives.
