Kristina Ayers Paul, Ph.D., is Chief Academic Officer at The Grayson School, an "all gifted, all day" independent school in Radnor, PA. Kristina completed her doctoral training in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut with a focus on Gifted Education and Talent Development and a secondary focus on Program Evaluation. Kristina has worked in a variety of higher education and K-12 settings as a faculty member, program evaluator, assessment coordinator, and program development consultant.
