Dana Lanée Lockhart is finishing her Ph.D. in Gifted Education Administration at William & Mary. She is additionally pursuing a graduate certificate in Qualitative Methodologies at Indiana University. Dana is a former Title-1 middle school math teacher who advocates for the development of transformative talent. She additionally supports the development of culturally responsive curriculum at W&M's Center for Gifted Education and engages in research that centers around identity, collaboration, and social activism in gifted education.
