Dr. Charlton Wolfgang is an Associate Professor of Gifted and STEM Education; Coordinator of the M.Ed. in Gifted Education, Graduate Certificate, and Gifted Endorsement programs, and Director of the University Honors College at Millersville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania, USA. He was previously a gifted support teacher, gifted coordinator, Life Science and Biology teacher, and STEM consultant.
