Gayle Bentley is a doctoral student at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education and the mother of three neurodiverse sons. She has taught K-12 instrumental music in the public schools for 23 years. This fall, she began serving as the Academic Director at 2e4me Academy, a nonprofit learning academy for twice-exceptional students. She has also recently founded The Bentley Center, a place of resources and support for parents of gifted and twice-exceptional children. In recent years, she has presented at a number of conferences about teaching gifted and twice-exceptional students, including SENG, Arizona Association for the Gifted and Talented, California Association for the Gifted, and William and Mary’s 2e Conference. Gayle uses her knowledge and experience to work as a consultant with schools in Southern California.
