Richard Shroyer

Logos Lab School, Indiana

Richard Shroyer - I have been teaching at the Logos Lab School since 1993. Logos is a self-contained gifted and talented school in Richmond Indiana. In that time I have taught math, science, and Project Group. This focus on STEM integration has been one of the most enjoyable aspects of my career. The teacher I have worked with and myself have developed Project Group during those years. Project Group is an independent research and presentation class. Students choose a topic and work on researching and finally presenting on that topic. During my career I have worked as a public school teacher and an adjunct professor at both Indiana University East and Ivy Tech Community College. I have been fortunate to get to work with wonderful students and staff at a variety of places.
