Katrice Quitter has over a decade of experience in education, DEI, professional learning, and coaching. Being committed to disrupting the status quo and creating equitable spaces that foster belonging, are antiracist, and center the experiences and humanity of marginalized children and communities are what guide her professional endeavors. Early in her career, Katrice worked as a Program Administrator at KinderCare Learning Center and Education Specialist at Action for Children. She then spent several years as a first-grade teacher and as a Gifted Intervention Specialist in local school systems. Following this experience in the classroom, Katrice spent 7 years as an Education Consultant, supporting the development of school districts' Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity plans and professional learning workshops, presenting at state, local, and national conferences, and facilitating professional learning in local school districts. Katrice also brings her expertise from her role as Partnership Manager with the Center for Antiracist Education to her current role as Head of Partnerships with thinkLaw.
