Sarah Caroleo is a doctoral candidate at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. She holds a M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, Gifted and Creative Education, from University of Georgia and previously served as an elementary educator and K-4 gifted specialist. Her research interests surround how K-12 education policy informs teacher instructional capacity and access to advanced learning opportunities in schools.
