Jonathan Wai

Jonathan Wai is Associate Professor and the Endowed Chair in Education Policy in the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas and also holds a joint (courtesy) appointment in the Department of Psychology. Broadly, he studies education policy through the lens of psychology. His research examines how individual and contextual factors collectively impact the development of educational and occupational expertise across a variety of domains.
