Kim Vargas is the admissions director for the Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, the Bridges Academy Online High school, and serves as the site administrator for the 2e Center for Research and Professional Development. She is a trained facilitator of SENG Model Parent Groups for parents of twice exceptional children. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Southern California, a masters degree in Special Education for the Gifted and Talented, and California teaching credentials for general education K-12, adult classes, and mild/moderate learning disabilities. Kim’s teaching career spanned 26 years in public schools including grades 1-12. Kim is currently in her final year of the doctoral program at the Bridges Graduate School. Her twice exceptional young adult son continues to be her inspiration.
