Dr. Nykela Jackson is an Associate Professor of Education at the University of Central Arkansas where she is an instructor in the Masters of Arts in Teaching and Gifted Education programs. Her current research has focused on teacher recruitment, preparing culturally responsive educators, modeling differentiated instruction in teacher preparation courses, and STEAM education.
