Travis D. Hill (he/him) is pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in gifted education. His research interests are in the student experience, creativity, and how secondary preparedness impacts gifted students’ post-secondary decisions. He is the Director of College and Career Readiness with Dallas County Promise at Commit Partnerships. His role is to facilitate the creation and support of processes and policies that impact district advanced academics courses and post-secondary readiness strategies along with outcomes in state accountability.
