Celeste D.C. Sodergren is a researcher-practitioner who believes in utilizing the best and most current research to inform day to day practice in educational organizations, and utilizing daily practice to inform research. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate in educational psychology, specializing in gifted and talented research, at Baylor University and serving as the Director of Advanced Academics in Waco ISD. Research interests include the influence of self-beliefs on teacher success and student academic performance, and leadership development in gifted and talented coordinators.
