Lily Medina (she/hers/ella) is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in public and private school diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, a frequent presenter at national and international conferences and the founder of Visionary Change Agent Consulting LLC. Drawing on her almost 30 years as a school counselor and now Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Seattle Country Day, she deeply believes change must begin from a place of love, compassionate empathy, and a connection to our common humanity. By integrating social emotional learning, psychology, and anti-bias/DEI principles, she leads conversations about how to create healing spaces that will result in transformed communities.
