Marisa Soto-Harrison, Ed.D. graduated with an Education Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Gifted and Talented Education from Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver. She also holds a M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Soto-Harrison is passionate about gifted education. She serves as a teacher, consultant, and advocate, providing support to families in California, Florida and Northern Nevada. Dr. Soto-Harrison is the co-founder of Sierra Gifted Educational Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting diverse gifted learners and their families. She currently lives in Northern California with her husband.
