Molly Hammel is the Talent Development Programming Specialist K-5 for Eden Prairie Schools in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Previously, she worked as the Elementary Gifted Services Coordinator for Lakeville Area Schools in Lakeville, Minnesota, a Gifted & Talented and Young Scholars Specialist in Apple Valley, Minnesota, as well as an Advanced Academic Resource Teacher and Level IV AAP Teacher in Fairfax County, Virginia. Molly holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Virginia, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Middle School Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She currently co-facilitates the Minnesota Educators for the Gifted and Talented's Gifted Leadership Network, a group for gifted education leaders in the Twin Cities metro area. Molly is also a Minnesota Educators for the Gifted and Talented state board member.
