JanetViana Clarke-Green has been an educator for the past 31 years. She has had the unique opportunity to have lived and taught in Jamaica, the Bahamas, and the United States. She currently serves as the Talented And Gifted Coordinator for the Benjamin Tasker middle school in Maryland., a designated Excellence in Gifted And Education (EGATE) Center. She has an extraordinary passion for working with gifted learners because they bring a unique perspective to the learning environment through their knowledge, experiences, gifts, and passions. She has worked closely with helping to develop the leadership potential in her gifted population as a result of this her students have won numerous awards including the Jenkins Awards.
