Marcia Delcourt, PhD, Coordinates a Doctoral Program in Instructional Leadership at Western Connecticut State University. She has been a teacher and consultant focusing on talent development. She has a longstanding research commitment to instructional needs of gifted students, social and emotional learning, and fostering creativity. Her current research focuses on data-driven feedback and coaching techniques for preservice teachers.
