An educator in New Mexico elementary, middle, and high schools since 1997, and now, as a Policy Analyst for the NM Public Education Department, I'm interested in research and collaboration at the intersection of equity and excellence, creativity and competency, examining the path folks follow over a lifetime to develop abilities into recognized talents that benefit society.
