Dr. DNicole(Denean) Fields- Benjamin Tasker Middle School, Prince George's County Public Schools:
Founder and CEO of IEXDG, she's dedicated to elevating leadership in education and beyond through her unique Effective Leadership Culture Code System. This people-centric, values-based consultant has spent 29 years in education, with 23 years dedicated to gifted students from GA, UAE, DC, and PGCPS. As a behavioral analyst, Certified Leadership Coach and Trainer, and Maxwell Leadership Certified DISC Consultant and Team Member, she's developed courses and presented at conferences on topics such as leadership development, culture enhancement, and equity and inclusion. An adjunct university professor, her strong emphasis on leadership and culture enhancement defines her mission to foster enriched learning environments.
