Hello! I'm Jasmine Richardson, and I am currently in my fourth year of teaching. I have found my true passion in the field of gifted education. My journey to becoming a gifted teacher began while I was teaching in a general education classroom. The unique abilities and learning styles of these students weren't being meet in a traditional classroom setting, and I wanted to know how to change this. Recognizing the unique needs of these students, I dedicated myself to specializing in this field. My teaching approach is centered around the students themselves. I strive to cultivate a love for learning and nurture intellectual curiosity in each and every one of my students. I encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving while also fostering social and emotional growth. I'm excited to experience and learn from other liked-mined educators during this conference!
