Juliana Heitz (she/her/hers)

Assistant Head of School
Ideaventions Academy for Mathematics & Science, Virginia

Juliana Heitz is co-founder and Assistant Head of School at Ideaventions Academy for Mathematics and Science, a school for gifted to profoundly gifted children who are curious about one or more of the STEM fields. She hold dual bachelors degrees from MIT in Economics and Management Science. She began her career in management consulting, worked for a technology company in the late 1990s, and for more than a decade, she was in charge of business operations and project management for major corporations. Her day-to-day work ran the gamut of the business world, including managing multi-million dollar budgets, complying with changing accounting standards and, of course, meeting aggressive system implementation deadlines. Juliana is especially passionate about educating highly and profoundly gifted students.
