Carol Smith is an associate professor in counselor education at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She was previously a clinical associate professor at the University of Iowa. She has written articles and book chapters that include the examination of interventions for adolescent’s career development; career issues with gifted and talented students and, career concerns among GLBT individuals.
