Felicia Gray is a classroom educator with over 25 years of experience in GIfted and General Education settings. She was recognized in 2019 by PBS as 1 of 10 PBS Kids Early Learning Champions in the United States for her outstanding work with young children. She holds a position on the Equity Advisory Board for Pearson Testing. She is a PBS Facilitator/Consultant, and works as an advocate for diversity, equity, and belonging in educational settings. She holds a masters in Elementary Education and additional licensure in the areas of High Ability, STEM, and Teaching Reading K-12. She taught in self-contained high ability classrooms in grades 1-3 in a School Within A School Model. She is currently working as a Primary Specialist at Burris Laboratory School where she participated in developing the school's Immersive Intervention and Support Model. In addition to her work with elementary students and educators, she teaches undergraduate coursework for preservice educators. She is a return presenter to the NAGC Conference.
