Angela Price is a Gifted and Talented Coordinator & Instructor for kindergarten through 5th grade students at Lawton Public Schools. Prior to joining her current team, Angela served as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher in several districts in southwestern Oklahoma. She is currently completing the Masters of Math Education program at Oklahoma State University, where she previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1995. Angela also holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, earned from Cameron University in 2010. She is passionate about creating high cognitive challenges for students and providing classroom teachers with resources to better identify, understand, and effectively reach gifted learners. When she is not in a classroom, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending sporting events, and reading the many books she never seems to stop purchasing.
