Dennis Godfrey (he/him/his)

Dennis is a retired senior executive in the financial services industry. His last post was Chief Innovation Officer for Navy Federal Credit Union, a world-wide $165 billion company with 32,000 employees, where he was responsible for product development, systems reinvention, and senior management development. Additionally. Dennis served as the Co-Head Product Development at the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) for 10 years and was president/ceo of multiple mortgage and brokerage firms. Dennis has been a speaker at numerous credit union and mortgage banking conferences. He has dedicated his past ten years to the promotion of creative thinking in the workplace and particularly in education, writing articles and making presentations at conferences.
