JP Kim is Senior Director of Research and Measurement Services in Riverside Insights. Dr. Kim oversees all psychometric matters of multiple assessment products including K-12 achievement, cognitive ability, clinical and adaptive testing assessments, including the use of assessments as parts of the GT selection procedd. Before joiining Riveside 6 years ago, he had served The ACT, Inc. as a senior director of psychomertic research department. Dr. Kim has specialties in equating, scaling, Multidimentiobal IRT and adaptive testing.
