How can you make the greatest gains towards equity with limited time allotted to professional learning (PL) for educators of gifted children? This session focuses on putting seven guiding principles of equity-driven PL into action. Presenters share how these principles increase the efficacy of PL, provide sample application scenarios, and strategize how to adapt the principles to participants' school settings.

Participants will learn the seven guiding principles of equity-driven professional learning.
Participants will be able to strategize for the implementation and adaptation of the guiding principles in their own district.
