Individualized Learning Plans (ILP) are helpful when designing and implementing high quality academic and social-emotional instruction for all gifted and Twice-Exceptional students. Learn through examples and workshopping how these plans are developed and utilized across a school community and how you can bring customized learning to your school setting!
Learning Objectives:
Develop an understanding of what an ILP is and Acera’s process for creating and maintaining these plans
Develop an understanding of how ILPs are used by teachers, specialists, administrators, counselors, and parents and how they are used for a variety of purposes within our school community
Workshop with peers to envision what this could look like in your school setting and create a clear plan for next steps to bring your vision to life
