Many choice boards miss the mark and turn into busy work. Learn the “what” and “why” behind this differentiation tool, and practice working through a systematic approach to developing and implementing choice boards for your environment. It’s time to give our learners the chance to channel their inner Merida and choose their destiny in ways that promote higher-level thinking!

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate choice boards and identify common pitfalls
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to create a standards-based choice board aligned to a rubric
  • Explore ways to implement choice boards in the classroom
